PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a filter for removing a foreign matter such as dust and oil content in a nozzle passage and back pressure passage. SOLUTION: An inflow port 100a1 and outflow port 100a2 of supply air from the outside of a housing 8 and a communicating passage 100a3 are provided at the tip of a valve element 100a in an operation mode changeover switch 100 which is accommodated in a switch accommodating part 9 formed in wall thickness of a housing 8 so as to be advancingly/retractively operable. A fixed throttle 18 is provided on the inflow port side 100a1 in the communicating passage 100a3. A filter 10 is detachably provided on the inflow side of supply air of the fixed throttle 18.
