摘要 PURPOSE: A hybrid operating system for a moving block and a fixed block using a track circuit and a method thereof are provided to secure the safety of a train operation by supplying the line occupation information of a preceding train sensed by the track circuit of an ATP system to the following train. CONSTITUTION: A track circuit transceiver (110) receives the line occupation information of a preceding train (10). The track circuit transceiver includes a signal transmitter (112) which transmits the line occupation information to a track circuit (101) and a signal receiver (114) which receives the line occupation information received through the track circuit. A ground CBTC device (220) wirelessly transmits the line occupation information received through the track circuit transceiver. An onboard CBTC device (210) is installed on the following train and receives the line occupation information from the ground CBTC device. The following train is controlled by receiving the line occupation information of the preceding train in the ground CBTC device via the onboard CBTC device.
