PURPOSE: A video advertisement providing method, a device therefor, and a system thereof are provided to earn additional advertisement profits, to easily supply video advertisement data without the performance degradation of a network and a terminal device, and to supply statistical information to an advertiser. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit transceives information with an advertisement providing device. When an application program is executed (S101), a control unit generates advertisement request information (S105) according to a request of the program (S103) to transmit it to the advertisement providing device (S107). When meta information about video advertisement data is received from the advertisement providing device (S109), the video advertisement data is requested to the advertisement providing device after confirming the meta information (S113) to receive the data from the advertisement providing device (S115) and then the data is outputted through a user interface of the application program (S117).
