PURPOSE: An input processing device and a method thereof are provided to implement precise and flexible free moving by selectively receiving information required by an application from a pointing device without the modification of an Android operating system. CONSTITUTION: A first input processing unit(210) processes an input event generated based on displacement data to an application. A second input processing unit(230) provides the displacement data generated in a pointing device(100) to the application. The first and the second processing units provide the input event and the displacement data to the application at the same time. The displacement data is used for generating a new event. The second input processing unit additionally receives data defined by the pointing device to provide the data to the application.
