<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and an electronic device are provided to prevent an effect due to the deterioration of a transistor by determining the amount of a current flowing between the source and the drain of the transistor irrespective of the threshold voltage of the transistor. CONSTITUTION: A first switch (113) controls one electrode of a first capacitor, one electrode of a second capacitor, and a current between first lines. A transistor (114) includes a source, a drain, and a gate. One of the source and the drain is electrically connected to a second line. The gate is electrically connected to the other electrode of the first capacitor.</p> |
