PURPOSE: A probiotics cookie bar and a Korean traditional cookie are provided to offer nutrients of lactobacillus, enzymes, vinegar, or sea buckthorn fruit. CONSTITUTION: A probiotics cookie bar composition contains useful microorganisms including lactobacillus and yeast. The probiotics cookie bar composition contains an acidic component selected from fermented vinegar, a sea buckthorn fruit extract, a citron extract, and a Japanese apricot. The probiotics cookie bar composition additionally contains Garcinia cambogia and chocolate. |
