<p>The device has a parabolic mirror (1) provided with a focal point and comprising a notch (3). The mirror is fixed to an arm (6) that is articulated onto a vertical upright (4). The upright is defined with the focal point in a reference plane. The mirror is pivoted with respect to an axis forming an angle with the reference plane, where the angle is preferably less than 30 degrees. The arm is fixed to the mirror at a level of an apex of the mirror. The arm is angled to form a section (22) extending along a focal axis of the mirror.</p> |
