PURPOSE: Red ginseng milk is provided to increase the absorption rate of red ginseng, and to alleviate the bitter taste characteristic of the red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: Red ginseng milk contains red ginseng concentrate and cyclodextrin. The red ginseng milk contains 0.05-4.0 weight% of cyclodextrin. The cyclodextrin is gamma-cyclodextrin, and is contained in 0.05-2.0 weight%. The cyclodextrin is beta-cyclodextrin, and is contained in 0.2-3.0 weight%. The cyclodextirn is mixed(alpha, beta, gamma) cyclodextrin, and is contained in 0.5-4.0 weight%. The red ginseng milk contains 0.3-1.5 weight% of red ginseng concentrate. |
