The refrigeration device (1) comprises a coolable storage chamber (3) for receiving goods to be cooled, and a machine chamber (5) for receiving units of a refrigeration circuit for cooling the storage chamber. The machine chamber has a machine chamber cover (7), on which two tiered evaporation stands (11) are formed for receiving the condensation water arising at the storage chamber. The tiered evaporation stands are arranged one above the other, and are designed in the form of a channel. The machine chamber cover is fixed to the refrigeration device in a latchable manner.
