PURPOSE: An analog electronic watch is provided to obtain stable oscillation even in case of motor load during motor rotation as not restricting combination of a battery and a motor. CONSTITUTION: An analog electronic watch comprises a crystal (10), a semiconductor device (11), a motor (12) and a battery (13). The semiconductor device comprises an oscillation circuit (111), a frequency dividing circuit (112), a constant voltage circuit (110) and an output control circuit (113). The output control circuit outputs a motor pulse operating the motor, and outputs a control signal to convert the voltage value of an output voltage of the constant voltage circuit before and after the motor pulse output period to the constant voltage circuit. The constant voltage circuit and the output control circuit are supplied with a power source from the battery. The oscillation circuit and the frequency dividing circuit are supplied with a power source of a constant voltage generating the constant voltage circuit. The constant voltage can be converted into a first constant voltage and a second constant voltage. The absolute value of the first constant voltage is smaller than a battery voltage, and the absolute value of the second constant voltage is larger than the first constant voltage.
