PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film containing polyethylene dioxythiophene with high light permeability and a low resistance value, and to provide conductive coating for manufacturing the transparent conductive film. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the conductive coating includes a mixing process for mixing a polyethylene dioxythiophene solution with an enhancer, a heat treatment process for heat-treating the mixture at 60-100°C, and an adding process for adding resin and solvent to a heat-treated object. The transparent conductive film has light permeability of 90% or higher, and a surface resistance value 400 Ω/square or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
