The fixing device is designed such that a window surface to be attached to a window pane is parallel to a tangent or to a plane tangential to the curved surface. An adjusting unit (11) comprises a spindle (21) which is aligned along a secant line or string to the curved counter-surface or to a cross-sectional line of the curved counter-surface.
