Coiling layers with different materials

The system (1Viii) has a layer (12iV) applied on a metallic rod (4) and a main insulation part (7) and made of electrical conductive hydrophobic materials i.e. bands (11'', 11'''). Another layer (10) and an outermost layer (13) are directly applied to the main insulation part and made of an electrically conductive material that is different from the electrical conductive hydrophobic materials. The main insulation part is made of better electrical conductive material i.e. mica. The bands are arranged at a distance from each other or overlap with each other.
