The system for differentiation and analysis of recorded clinical data comprises a unit for inputting information relating to anamnesis with recording of a patient's date of presentation and complaints, a unit for inputting information relating to clinical investigations conducted by the treating doctor in relation to the patient, a unit for inputting information on the results of instrumental laboratory investigations indicating the date and procedures for conducting the investigations, a unit with information relating to treatment methods and procedures, a unit for displaying a diagnosis made by the treating doctor, a differential diagnosis matrix, a database of anatomical objects, a database of the position of anatomical objects, a database of clinical intensity indicators, a unit for describing the clinical characteristic of a symptom, a unit for indicating an anatomical object, a unit for indicating the position of an anatomical object, and a unit for the intensity of clinical indicators.</p> |
