PURPOSE: A toner for forming electrostatic charge image suppresses filming even under high temperature and high humidity, thereby having excellent antistatic stability. CONSTITUTION: A toner for forming electrostatic charge image consists of a toner parent particle containing a coloring agent, a binding resin, and a releasing agent and an external additive. The external additive contains an inorganic which has a compound represented by chemical formula 1 on the surface thereof. In chemical formula 1, each of R^1 and R^8 is independently an alkyl group; R^2-R^7 is independently an alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group; and at least three of R^2-R^7 is a substituted phenyl group or an unsubstituted phenyl group.
