PURPOSE: An air conditioner for vehicles is provided to minimize the contact surface and the friction between a thin plate member and a case of the air conditioner by forming a contact member firstly connecting to the inner surface of the case at the thin plate member. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner for vehicles includes a door comprising a case (110) of the air conditioner, a thin plate member (150), and a gear shaft. The case comprises an air inlet and air outlets. The thin plate member is installed inside the case to be slid. The gear shaft is installed in the inside of the case to be rotated to operate the thin plate member and is interlocked with the thin plate member. A contact member (160) firstly connecting to the inner surface of the case is formed in the thin plate member to reduce a contact area between the inner surface (110e) of the case and the thin plate member.
