PRESSURE SENSING TYPE TOUCH PANEL

PURPOSE: A touch panel of a pressure sensing type is provided to laminate a pressure sensing layer between first and second layers so that the pressure sensing layer can be pressed into between the first and second layer, thereby preventing the change of distance or position between the first and second layer in a local area in which the touch panel is deformed. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel (100) has a one-sheet structure in which sheets are laminated and is joined to the rear of a flexible display. The touch panel comprises a first layer (110), a second layer (120), and a pressure sensing layer (130). The first and second layers are symmetrical. The pressure sensing layer is disposed between the first and second layer. The resistance of the pressure sensing layer changes depending on pressure by the contact of an object. The first layer comprises a first base panel (111), a first conductive layer (112), and a first electrode layer (113). The first conductive layer is disposed between the first base panel and the pressure sensing layer. The first electrode layer is formed on the first conductive layer in one direction. As for the first layer, the first conductive layer, the first electrode layer, and the first base panel are laminated in one side of the pressure sensitive layer.
