PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating wall for a tunnel improving a sound insulating effect, and a sound insulating system for the tunnel using the sound insulating wall. SOLUTION: The sound insulating wall for the tunnel is installed in a pit of the tunnel T under excavation. In the sound insulating wall, a main reflecting part 2 having a main reflecting surface 20 formed of a concave surface is disposed at the center part in the pit separately from each wall surface of the tunnel T. An upper auxiliary reflecting part 3 formed with an auxiliary reflecting surface 30 of the same curved surface as the main reflecting surface 20 is disposed in a clearance S1 between the upper end of the main reflecting part 2 and the ceiling wall surface of the tunnel T. Side auxiliary reflecting parts 4 formed with auxiliary reflecting surfaces 40 of the same curved surfaces as the main reflecting surface 20 are disposed in clearances S2 between both right and left ends of the main reflecting part 2 and each side wall surface of the tunnel T.
