PURPOSE: A financial service providing method for Korean and Chinese international students and a system thereof are provided to offer benefits such as a discount on exchange fees and prime rates. CONSTITUTION: A first account with a parent name of an international student is opened by using personal information of parents and the student in a first bank server. A second bank server receives the personal information of the parents and the student and an account number of the first account from the first bank server in order to relate them with a database and store them (310). The second bank server opens a second account linked with the first account by using the account number (320). The second bank server receives the personal information of the student through a bank window terminal according to a cash/check card issue request (330) and authenticates the personal information by referring to the database (340). When the approval of the inputted personal information is completed (350), the second bank server generates a cash/check card linked with the second account and transmits an issue command of the cash/check card to the bank window terminal (360).
