PURPOSE: A heat control plate for a battery cell module is provided to maintain the moderate inner temperature of the battery cell module and to cope with the volume change at charging and discharging a battery cell. CONSTITUTION: A heat control plate for a battery cell module is an interfacial component inserted between battery cells and comprises a planar composite material sheet (11) with excellent thermal conductivity; a highly thermal conductive heat-radiating ribbon (12) which is inserted into the composite sheet and both end parts of which are protruded from the left and right sides of the composite sheet; a planar heat-radiating layer (13) which is attached to one side or both upper and lower sides of the composite sheet and emits heat by applying voltage; and conductive straps (14) for applying supply voltage to the planar heat-radiating layer.
