The assembly (15) has an input unit operable by a user for production of an electrical actuating signal in response to actuation by a user. An output unit outputs control information (S, S') of the actuating signal. Multiple terminal arrangements attach multiple communication devices (17, 19) i.e. bus systems, of a vehicle (13) so that the control information is transferable over the communication devices. The terminal arrangement comprises a terminal for attaching to the communication devices of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a control unit.
