发明名称 Producing wave guide fiber bundle, comprises providing stack of composite layers in which optically transparent material cured using radiation is provided, and evenly distributing radiation over surface of the stack
摘要
The method comprises providing a stack of composite layers in which a optically transparent material cured using a radiation is provided, and evenly distributing the radiation over a surface of the stack, where both sides of the surface of the stack are non-transparent for radiation and act as reflecting layers, and the composite layers are provided with desired number of waveguides in the form of a fiber bundle with casings. The layers of the optically transparent material are cured by the radiation using a ring-shaped structure or a micro channel array. The method comprises providing a stack of composite layers in which an optically transparent material cured using a radiation is provided, and evenly distributing the radiation over a surface of the stack, where both sides of the surface of the stack are non-transparent for radiation and act as reflecting layers, and the composite layers are provided with desired number of waveguides in the form of a fiber bundle with casings. The layers of the optically transparent material is cured by the radiation using a ring-shaped structure or a micro channel array for define a core and a casing diameter. The casings of bundle are filled in a chamber. An upper layer of the optically transparent material has a refractive index (n 1), and a middle layer of the optically transparent material has a refractive index (n 2) that is less than n 1. A lower layer of the optically transparent material is made of optically transparent or non-transparent materials. The fibers are fixed to each other by binding based on geometry and orientation to higher fiber bundles, and are introduced into passages. The reflecting layers is formed as structured plates or thin layers made from semiconductors, glasses, ceramics, metals, polymers, organosilicon compounds or hybrid materials. The layers of the optically transparent material are media such as air, vacuum, a radiation-permeable fluid such as water, or the radiation-transmitting glass. The passages are formed as nozzle-shaped passages and a light guide in the form of a round, a square or an elliptical. The fibers are cured by the radiation from a source of radiation. The micro-channels and the chambers are coated with a mono-molecular self-assembling layer made of halosilanes. The fibers are generated by a pressure difference between a material supply and an output, and are arranged in top to bottom or vice versa. A liquid core material is filled in the chamber through the microchannels. An intensity of the radiation is controlled by a suitable power supply.
