PURPOSE: A wafer type solar cell, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for doping a wafer type solar cell are provided to reduce processing time by using a laser diode. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate (110) is prepared. The semiconductor substrate is irradiated with a laser beam. Dopants (123) are selectively doped into a preset region of the semiconductor substrate. The preset region of the semiconductor substrate and a first doping region (120) form a positive negative (PN) junction. The first doping regions are formed by the PN junction.
