PURPOSE: A bank transaction applying method using a communication terminal is provided to save transaction processing time and paper, to eliminate an inconvenient process for security enhancement, and to reduce the risk of leaking personal information. CONSTITUTION: An identification image and an application form image obtained by photographing an identification of a customer and a transaction application form are received from a staff communication terminal (410). The identity of the customer and transaction application contents are confirmed by using the identification image and the application form image (420). A transaction which the customer applies for is processed according to the contents in order to generate transaction processing information (430). The transaction processing information is transmitted to the staff communication terminal (440). Transaction application data generated by reading the application form image is stored (450).
