<p>PURPOSE: A reference voltage circuit improves a power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of an output voltage by using a source follower of an Nch depletion transistor. CONSTITUTION: A voltage-current conversion circuit (161) controls a current to flow into a PN junction element. The voltage-current conversion circuit includes an amplifier (102) and an output transistor. An Nch depletion transistor (121) forms a source follower circuit. The source follower circuit supplies power to the voltage-current conversion circuit. The gate of the Nch depletion transistor is connected to an output terminal of a reference voltage circuit, and the source of the Nch depletion transistor is connected to a power terminal of the voltage-current conversion circuit.</p> |
