PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately perform the positioning of a slide type damper; and to suppress an abnormal sound by properly making a rack gear formed in the slide type damper engaged with a pinion gear engaged with the rack gear in a damper device. SOLUTION: This damper device includes a bending formation means 4 for bending an abutting region of the rack gear having flexibility with the pinion gear in a radial direction of the pinion gear.
