Provided is a pneumatic fender that improves workability during folding up, secures convenience during transport, and suppresses damage during folding up and during transport, thus increasing durablity. Futher provided is a method for transporting the pneumatic fender. At least one crease(3) is formed extending in the lengthwise direction at the outer surface of a torso body section(2b) in the pneumatic fender(1). After the air has been discharged from the pneumatic fender(1), a bag(2) is pushed flat with mirror body sections(2a,2a) as the upper surface of the torso body section(2b) and then with the crease(3) as a boundry, the bag is folded towards the upper surface. In this folded state, the pneumatic fenders are loaded into a container and transported. |
