The device (3) has a synchronization unit (5) provided for a coupled switching movement of a switching mechanism e.g. touch-latch unit, between left-sided and right-sided guide units (4a, 4b), which are spaced apart from each other. A driver element is provided at the guide units such that catch elements e.g. levers, are provided for the driver element, where movements of the catch elements are coupled. The driver element cooperates with the catch elements along a switching path of the switching mechanism. The driver element is separated from the catch elements by movement of the guide units. |
