<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk beverage with a chocolate flavor, having the rich chocolate flavor, causing no precipitation of disperse substances, and having smooth taste and smooth feeling in the throat. <P>SOLUTION: The milk beverage with the chocolate flavor contains ≥0.5% cacao (preferably, it is cocoa powder, and the content is 0.5-15 mass%), and milk and/or a milk processed product (the content is 2-50 mass%). The milk beverage combinedly uses corn starch (the content is 0.1-3.0 mass%) and cellulose, and has a viscosity of 100-800 mPa s (measurement conditions: B type viscometer, No.3 rotor, 30 rpm, and 30 s). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
