Screw cooling for a flow machine

The machine has a flow channel comprising a flow channel evaporation chamber. A housing upper part (1) is connected with a housing base part (2) by stud screws (3). The stud screws comprise a cooling passage (4) formed along an axial direction of the stud screws. The cooling passage comprises a cooling passage inlet (5) and a cooling passage outlet (6). The cooling passage inlet is fluidically connected with the flow channel. The cooling passage outlet is fluidically connected with the flow channel evaporation chamber.
