PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to solve a problem caused by heat radiation by efficiently emitting heat generated from a driving process to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation diffusion layer (102) is formed on one surface of a base material layer (101). The haze of the heat radiation diffusion layer is 40 % or higher. The thermal conductivity of the heat radiation diffusion layer is 1.5 W/mK or higher. A first electrode layer (103) is formed on the other surface of the base material layer. An organic layer (104) includes a light emitting layer.
