PURPOSE: A semiconductor device including a charging system improves charging efficiency by suppressing the power consumption of a power storage means to the minimum. CONSTITUTION: A power generating means (1) supplies electric power. A power storage means (2) stores the electric power of the power generating means. A switch means (5) is formed on a charging path to charge the power storage means with the electric power of the power generating means. A comparator (3) compares a reference voltage with a stored voltage of the power storage means. A level converter (4) converts a level of a generated voltage of the power generating means to a level of the stored voltage based on a compared result.
