The element i.e. bolt element (10), has a shaft part (16) comprising multiple circumferentially distributed radial recesses (24) that extend in an axial direction, and multiple noses (26) that axially extend and radially protrude between the radial recesses. Multiple material prominences form undercuts with a head part in a region of an annular recess (22), where the undercuts are provided at axial ends facing the head part. Radially extending anti-twist plate ribs (43) or other anti-twist plate features are provided in a bottom portion of the annular recess.
