摘要 Method for producing N-heterocyclic optically active alcohols of the formula (I), where R1 represents alkyl groups which in turn can be monosubstituted or polysubstituted by alkyl, halogen, SH.SR3, OH, OR3, NO2, CN, CO, COOR3, NR3R4 or NR3R3R5+X-, where R3, R4 and R5 independently of one another are H or a low-alkyl or low-alkoxy radical and X- is a counterion, R2 is N-containing heteroaryl groups which in turn can be monosubstituted or polysubstituted by alkyl, halogen, SH.SR3, OH, OR3, NO2, CN, CO, COOR3, NR3R4 or NR3R3R5+X-, where R3, R4 and R5 independently of one another are H or a low-alkyl or low-alkoxy radical and X- is a counterion, by reduction of the corresponding ketone, wherein the reduction is carried out using a dehydrogenase having the polypeptide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2 or NO: 4, or having a polypeptide sequence in which up to 25% of the amino acid radicals are modified in comparison with SEQ ID NO: 2 or NO: 4 by deletion, insertion, substitution or a combination thereof.
