The 3/2-way valve (100) has valve structure (104) in which valve chamber (105) is formed. The first fluid port (110), second fluid port (112) and third fluid port (114) are hydraulically connected to valve chamber, so that fluid connection is provided between fluid ports via valve chamber. A sealing device (126,128,130) is provided such that fluid communication between second fluid port and other two fluid ports is separable by activating the sealing device. The sealing device has sealing membrane (124) which is pressable to activate sealing device against corresponding stop surface. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) fluid conveying device; and (2) method for switching of fluid flow in 3/2-way valve.
