PURPOSE: A bulkhead of a cargo hold and a construction method thereof are provided to improve the convenience and safety of a shading plate installation work by installing a shading plate on a corrugated bulkhead to be rotated. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a bulkhead of a cargo hold is as follows. A hinge joint (40), in which a shading plate (20) is coupled to be rotated, is installed on a corrugated bulkhead (10) around a mounting line (L). The shading plate is coupled to the hinge joint and is fixed to the corrugated bulkhead to restrict the rotation of the shading plate. Multiple corrugated bulkheads are transferred to a hull and are welded to each other to form a bulkhead. After the welding work, the restriction of the shading plate is released. The released shading plate is moved to the mounting line and is fixed.
