PURPOSE: A paste composition for an electrode is provided to obtain uniform electrode or chip, to prevent the bottle neck phenomena of electrons, and to improve circuit efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition consists of 20-60 wt% of metal powder, 15-35 wt% of a binder resin, 15-35 wt% of a solvent, and 0.01-6 wt% of a structure-improving compound having -NHCO- as a repeating unit, and residual additives. The metal powder is selected from silver, aluminum, barium titanate, carbon, copper, aluminum oxide, nickel, iron, Pt/C, and SiO2. An electrode is formed by sintering the spread material after spreading the paste composition on a sheet. |
