PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid eyeliner composition providing non-conventional high gloss and deep black color, having strong sebum resistance and exhibiting excellent fillability. SOLUTION: The oily solid eyeliner composition is obtained by formulating the following components (A) to (E), and is substantially free from water and a volatile silicone: (A): 35-70 mass% volatile hydrocarbon; (B): 0.1-10 mass% non-volatile liquid oil component; (C): 15-40 mass% trimethylsiloxy silicic acid; (D) 0.01-5 mass% metallic soap; and (E): 0.01-5 mass% carbon black.
