PURPOSE: A toner for forming electrostatic charge image suppresses filming and electrostatic loss due to hardening even under high temperature and high humidity, thereby having excellent antistatic stability. CONSTITUTION: A toner for forming electrostatic charge image consists of a toner parent particle containing a coloring agent, a binding resin, and a releasing agent and an external additive. The external additive contains an inorganic particle which has fluorine-containing oil on a hydrophobically treated surface. The amounts of the hydrophobicizing agent and the fluorine-containing oil are1-50 parts by weight and 1-30 parts by weight respectively, based on 100.0 parts by weight of the inorganic particle. The weight ratio of the hydrophobicizing agent and the fluorine-containing oil is 1:30-50:1.
