PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information compression device which compresses digital signals containing signals using a plurality of different frequency bands, without using a BPF requiring information on the center frequency, the signal band width, the modulation system etc. of a signal to be received. SOLUTION: The information compression device includes: a time/frequency conversion unit which performs time/frequency conversion of a received signal obtained by receiving the signal which is transmitted from two or more wireless systems using different frequencies and thereby obtains frequency spectrum of the received signal; a no-signal frequency band determination unit which determines whether being a no-signal or not on the basis of the spectrum amplitude value of the frequency spectrum and replaces the signal of a band determined to be no-signal with the no-signal; and an information compression unit for compressing the signal from the no-signal frequency band determination unit.
