摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The rotor has a laminated core that is mounted on a shaft (12) which is rotationally fixed with a squirrel cage. The front ends of the shorting bars are provided with grooves into which rings (7) are connected. A reinforcement ring (8) is arranged surrounding the rings and is supported on the shaft. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of squirrel-cage rotor. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Squirrel-cage rotor for asynchronous machine. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Since the reinforcement ring and the rings have same thermal expansion coefficient, the unnecessary material stresses in the rotor is prevented. The manufacturing efficiency of the rotor is improved. The unbalances of the rotor can be compensated. The manufacturing process of rotor is simplified.
