摘要 PURPOSE: A device for controlling an inner diameter of a tuyere during a furnace operation is provided to be a variable hot wind flux of tuyere in the same amount of wind by adjusting the size of a tuyere diameter in the furnace operation without performing a furnace damping-down. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling an inner diameter of a tuyere during a furnace operation comprises a flow control unit(130), an inner diameter control unit(150), and an operating unit(170). The flow control unit comprises multiple tuyere diameter adjustable vanes(132) inside a furnace(120). The tuyere diameter adjustable vanes form a hot wind path inside a cylinder structure. The inner diameter control unit is mounted to an axial direction of the multiple tuyere diameter adjustable vanes in order to be transferable to a main ring(152) and a sub ring(154). The operating unit moves the main ring and the sub ring forwards and backwards according to the axial direction of the tuyere diameter adjustable vane. The size of a tuyere diameter is adjusted through the inner cylinder diameter adjustable to the multiple tuyere diameter mounted to the adjustable vanes inside the tuyere during a furnace operation.
