PURPOSE: A flexible thin film battery is provided to have excellent charging and discharging performance and excellent flexibility by including a buffer layer and a film layer having high thermal decomposition temperature. CONSTITUTION: A thin film battery (100) comprises a flexible film layer (110) with a thermal decomposition temperature of 350 °C or higher; a buffer layer (120) formed on the flexible film layer; a positive current collector pattern (130) and a negative current collector pattern (140) which are electrically separated from the buffer layer; a positive electrode pattern (131) formed on the positive electrode current collector; an electrolyte pattern formed on the positive electrode pattern; and a negative electrode pattern (141) formed on the electrolyte pattern. The flexible film layer is a polyimide film layer. |
