PURPOSE: A flow control valve and an air conditioning device for a vehicle using the same are provided to flexibly cope even when a piston is contracted or expanded by the temperature variation of cooling water by installing a piston ring with a cutting part on the exterior of the piston, thereby maintaining more sealed state. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve comprises a valve body(210), a supply port(211), a collecting port(212), an outlet port(213), an inlet port(214), and a direction changing valve(220). The outlet port circulates cooling water in a first cooling water passage(216) or a second cooling water passage(217) to a heater core according to the air conditioning mode. The inlet port discharges the cooling water circulating the heater core to the first cooling water passage or the second cooling water passage. The direction changing valve is slidingly installed in the second cooling water passage and changes the flowing direction of the cooling water flowing into the second cooling water passage. |
