PURPOSE: A combining boiler and a method for using the heating and hot water using the same are provided to rapidly control a temperature of hot water by directly injecting cold water from a cold water inlet pipe to a hot water discharge pipe when the temperature of the hot water discharged to the outside is greater than a predetermined temperature of users. CONSTITUTION: A combining boiler comprises a hot water storing heat exchanger (100), a gas inlet pipe (200), a gas control valve (250), a cold water inlet pipe (300), a flow switch (350), a hot water discharge pipe (400), a three-way valve (500), a first connecting pipe (610), a second connecting pipe (620), a plate type heat exchanger (700), a hot water supply pipe (800), and a hot water discharge pipe (900). The three-way valve is connected to the end part of the hot water discharge pipe and can discharge the hot water to two ways.
