PURPOSE: A fire plate for the roasting having a removable auxiliary container is provided to save costs for purchasing additional material containers because a separate container is not needed to put additional materials and to reduce the waste of unnecessary manpower caused by the maintenance and repair of a space storing the additional material containers. CONSTITUTION: A fire plate for the roasting having a removable auxiliary container comprises a main fire plate (100) and a sub-fire plate (200). One or more oil discharge holes (108) are formed to induce the oil generated in a meat roasting process to an accommodating unit (202) of the sub-fire plate on the outer surface of a sliding rail frame (104) of the main fire plate. An oil flowing path (212) is formed between one or more latching pieces (210) to be downwardly formed on one side of the sub-fire plate in order that the oil discharged through the oil discharge holes of the main fire plate flows in the accommodating unit. |
