PURPOSE: A device for easily cleaning knives is provided to maintain the cleanliness in a cooking environment by preventing filtered food waste from falling to the floor or ground. CONSTITUTION: A device for easily cleaning knives comprises a main body unit (100), a winding roller (200), a drawing roller (300), and a cushion (400). The winding roller selectively winds materials. The drawing roller is installed with a shaft in a longitudinal direction inside the main body unit and is formed with gears (310) on the outer circumference to engage with gears of the other drawing roller. The cushion is settled in a fresh water unit and is protruding more than the upper lateral surface of the main body unit. The fresh water unit includes a latching unit to fix the cushion as both sides of the cushion are hung thereon. |
