PURPOSE: A seamless pipe manufacturing device is provided to continuously manufacture seamless pipes in which the mechanical rigidity of a joint is excellent without a seam line. CONSTITUTION: A seamless pipe manufacturing device (100) includes a container (110), a stem (112), a dice (114), rotating members, a driving device (120), and a correction mold (123). The dice includes an extrusion hole composed of a plurality of ports. The rotating members are installed on the front end portion of the dice and include a stirring tip inserted into the joined surface formed by facing metal pieces discharged via the extrusion holes on a side. The rotating members are rotated by being in contact with the joining surface, thereby performing a frictional stir-joining task.
