PURPOSE: A hot stamping molding method for reducing the number of post-processes and a hot stamping molding apparatus for the same are provided to implement a trim work using a press mold with a minimum use of laser equipment or no use thereof in some cases, thereby reducing the process cost. CONSTITUTION: A hot stamping molding apparatus(100) comprises a base plate(110), a lower mold(120), an upper mold(130), a blank holder(170), a press slide(140), an elastic supporting part(150), a shear cutter part(160), and a buffering pin(180). The lower mold is fixed to the base plate. The upper mold corresponds to the lower mold. A blank is settled in the blank holder. The press slide moves the upper mold up and down. The elastic supporting part is installed between the press slide and the upper mold. The shear cutter part is fixed to the press slide, and cuts the blank which is exposed to the outside of the upper mold and the lower mold. The shear cutter part moves down in a state where the upper mold and the lower mold are closed, and then cuts the unnecessary part of the blank. The buffering pin supports the blank holder so that the blank holder can move up and down. |
