PURPOSE: Auto plasma for the restoration of epithelial tissue or the subcutaneous tissue manufacturing method and composition with the same is provided to restore subcutaneous connective tissue and to shorten a daily life return time after the treatment as invasiveness is lessened. CONSTITUTION: An auto plasma manufacturing method for the restoration of the epithelial tissue or the subcutaneous tissue comprises a step that obtains a blood platelet rich plasma (PRP) by centrifuging blood; a step that obtains a blood platelet pour plasma (PPP) centrifuging the blood; a step in which a self trombone obtains a stabilized blood platelet poor plasma after leaving the mixture in a room temperature that mixed calcium chloride and absoluteethanol into the blood platelet poor plasma and leave in a room temperature for a long time; and a step that mixes the blood platelet rich plasma and the blood platelet poor plasma in (c) step. The sentrifugation is executed in 200-1000g. The centrifugation in the second step and the third step is executed in 1000-2000g. 3% of calcium chloride 0.05-0.5cc and a absoluteethanol 0.05-0.5cc is mixed per the blood platelet in the third step. The room temperature time is 5-30 minutes.
